Eligibility
G.L.O.E.W is designed for young women aged 18+ who:
- Have experienced or are at risk of unhealthy or abusive relationships, trauma or emotional harm.
- Are ready (or curious) to explore healing, boundaries and self-worth in a supported space.
- Can attend weekly sessions for the 12-week cohort where possible.

We welcome referrals from social workers, youth workers, women’s services, housing teams and other practitioners.

Any details shared through our enrolment or referral forms are used solely for the purpose of assessing suitability for the programme, supporting communication, and ensuring participant safety and wellbeing.
Information is stored securely and only accessed by authorised G.L.O.E.W staff. We do not share your data with any outside organisations unless required for safeguarding, risk management, or where explicit consent has been given.
G.L.O.E.W is officially registered as a Community Interest Company (CIC). Our full Privacy & Data Protection Policy is currently being finalised alongside our ICO registration process.
